In May 2019, the 72nd World Health Assembly endorsed the establishment of World Patient Safety Day to be observed annually on 17 September each year. The objective of World Patient Safety Day is to raise global awareness about patient safety and encourage global solidarity and action with a slogan of Speak up for Patient Safety!

World Patient Safety Day:
In the solidarity of World Patient Safety Day on 17th September – 2019, Pharma Trax being a Pharmaceutical Traceability Solution Provider organization based in Pakistan conducting Patients Safety Events in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi for the awareness of Patient Safety regarding Check for Fake & Authentic Medicines, Cold Chain Monitoring, Recall Effectiveness for Patient right to know about medicines history and trail of transactions, to implement Right Patient, Right Dosage and Right Route Strategy.
